Jannie is an excellent recruiter; he is persistent in sourcing, screening and selecting hard-to-find talent ─ in fact, it’s his specialty. Offering highly developed sales skills and acumen, Jannie co-founded Lishiumeka Recruitment Services (the predecessor to Let’s Recruit) in 2009.
After completing his Electronic Engineering Diploma at Vaal Triangle Technikon, Jannie started his career as a Research & Development Technician and progressed into the sales environment after two years. He completed his Sales Management Diploma and is a certified, registered sales professional at the United Professional Sales Association of South Africa. His firm foundation and experience within the sales environment led to 13 years working in Key Account and Sales Management within the Defence, Manufacturing, Mining, IT and telecoms sectors.

Nadia ensures that clients receive personal attention each and every time. She works closely with clients and candidates, handling the details and communicating essential information to both parties, guaranteeing that all communication is handled in a timeous manner.
She entered the recruitment industry in 2007 after a rewarding 7 year career as Executive Key Account and Sales Manager in the Telecommunications sector. She gained experience as a generalist recruitment agent where she successfully managed a temporary employment solutions division after which she specialised in permanent staffing solutions within the Financial Sector.
The combination of her generalist and specialist recruitment experience, as well as her seven years’ experience in Executive Key Account and Sales Management within the Telecommunications sector, pathed and cemented her way to co-find Let’s Recruit (formerly known as Lishiumeka Recruitment Services) in 2009.
